Ingredients:
- 2 large parsnips, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss parsnip fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Spread the seasoned parsnip fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden brown and crispy
