Paprika Parsnip Fries



These Paprika Parsnip Fries taste great and are better for you than regular potato fries. They are crunchy, tasty, and great for people on the keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large parsnips, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss parsnip fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread the seasoned parsnip fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden brown and crispy

Serve hot and enjoy!
