Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for frying such as avocado or coconut oil
Instructions:
Put almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together
Melt the butter and add the eggs to the dry ingredients
Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a ball
Make a disk out of each ball that is about 1/4 inch thick
Set a pan on medium heat and add the oil
Carefully put the disks of flattened dough into the hot oil
Fry for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil
