Hail Mary Habanero Hamburgers



Add a fiery twist to your tailgate party with these Hail Mary Habanero Hamburgers. These burgers are loaded with flavor and a spicy kick from minced habanero peppers, making them a touchdown at any football gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 2 habanero peppers, minced adjust for desired heat level
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for topping

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
