- 5 pounds ground beef
- 2 habanero peppers, minced adjust for desired heat level
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for topping

Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
Sprinkle a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each patty just before it's done cooking
Let it melt
While the burgers are cooking, put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them until they're just barely crispy
Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun
Then add a tomato slice, a burger patty with melted cheese, and onion slices
Spread your favorite burger toppings on the top half of the buns, then put them on top of the burgers that have been put together
